The shipping costs are calculated at the purchase of the product. Shipping costs are different per country.
Return Policy
You have the right to return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The deadline for returning items starts from the date you receive them from the carrier. To return your items you must notify us via contact@responsibleskincare.com with a clear statement of your decision to return.
Refunds
We will refund the full amount paid within 14 days of receiving the returned items. The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used when purchasing the items. No administrative fee will be charged.
Return Conditions
- The items have been purchased within the last 14 days.
- The items are in their original packaging.
- The items are in good condition and have not been used.
- The items are not suitable for return because of hygiene and health protection reasons.
- The items are not sealed anymore when returned.
Returning
