Are your products free from parabens/sulfates/silicones?
Yes. Our products are free from parabens, sulfates and silicones. However, if you have any other questions about our products or ingredients, feel free to contact us via the contact form or contact@responsibleskincare.com

Why is the moisturizer in an airless bottle and not in a jar?
Our Daily Moisturizing Cream is not packed in a jar because of the higher risk of microbiological contamination. We prioritize the safety and quality of our products and therefore we offer the best possible packing for our customers.

From what material is the shipping box made and can it really be recycled?
Our box is made out of recyclable material. The ink that is printed on the box is made out of environmentally friendly soybean ink, also known as vegetable ink.

Is the Daily Moisturizing Cream with or without SPF?
The Daily Moisturizing Cream is without SPF. However, if you like to apply SPF you can use the Daily Moisturizing Cream as a base.

Can the Daily Moisturizing Cream be used as a night cream?
The Daily Moisturizing Cream can be used as a night cream. It is a light formula and if you prefer not to mix certain creams or want the same hydration overnight, it is a great addition to your night routine.

Can I use the products on acne-prone or sensitive skin?
We claim that our Gentle Cleansing Foam and Balancing Toner are suitable for all skin types. The Daily Moisturizing Cream is for normal to dry skin. It can also be used on combination skin if wanted or only on the dry areas of combination skin. Our products are made out of natural ingredients and are therefore gentle for the skin. We unfortunately cannot claim that it will cure acne or other skin concerns, as every skin heals and reacts differently. It can however calm down certain skin issues, such as acne, eczema or rosacea. Our skincare benefits can differ from skin to skin.

I have purchased Responsible Skincare products but I also use other skincare products. How do I know that the ingredients fit together?
Not all skincare ingredients are designed to be used together and in some cases, certain combinations can cause the skin to become irritated or can lessen the effectiveness of products.

Are the products of Responsible Skincare tested on animals?
Our products are not tested on animals. At Responsible Skincare we do not tolerate animal cruelty.

I have oily/normal/dry/combination skin. Are the products suitable for my skin type?
If you have oily skin it is very important to hydrate your skin. A common mistake is thinking that the skin will get oilier if applying certain skincare. If the skin is not hydrated enough it can cause oil build up. If you have normal or dry skin it is also crucial to hydrate your skin. Some product combinations can cause more oiliness or dryness. The Gentle Cleansing Foam and Balancing Toner are suitable for all skin types. The Daily Moisturizing Cream is for normal to dry skin, but can be used on combination skin as well. If you have a combination skin and do not want to make your oily areas oilier, we recommend you to use our Daily Moisturizing Cream on the normal to dry areas and your oily areas with another moisturizer for oily skin. Therefore, we do not claim that it works on each skin type as every skin is unique.

What if I get an allergic reaction from one of the products of Responsible Skincare?
If your skin gets irritated or you get an allergic reaction, we recommend you to see a doctor or dermatologist. Please stop using the products immediately.

Are the products vegan or nut free?
All our products are vegan and nut free.

From what age can I use the products?
All our products are suitable for all ages.

Shipment & Return

Delivery

What is the delivery time?
If you order before 12:00 you package will be delivered the next day. If the purchase is made after 12:00 it will usually take 2 days to be delivered. If you have any questions regarding your order, feel free to contact us via contact@responsibleskincare.com

How can I track my order?
After your purchase you will receive a track & trace via your e-mail. If you have any questions regarding your order, feel free to contact us via contact@responsibleskincare.com

What if my purchase is late?
It may happen that your purchase is later than indicated. If that is the case please contact us via contact@responsibleskincare.com, so that we can help you track your order and possible delivery date and time.

I have other delivery problems.
If you have other delivery problems, such as a track & trace that says your products is delivered or you do not see a delivery status, please contact us via contact@responsibleskincare.com, so that we can help you with the issue.

What should I do if I received my order damaged/broken?
If your purchase is delivered as damaged or broken, we kindly request you to make pictures of the order and contact us via contact@responsibleskincare.com. Please include your full name and order number.

Returns

What is the return period?
You have the right to return the purchased item(s) within a period of 14 days. Responsible Skincare only accepts the return on items which are not opened, in good condition and in the original packaging.

I returned my purchase. When will I receive my money back?
You will receive your purchased amount, excluding the delivery costs, once the item has been received and inspected that it is unused, unopened and in good condition. The transfer of the amount will take approximately 3-5 days before it is on your bank account.

What if I am unable to receive the products?
If you are unable to receive the products the courier will most probably leave a note or message that you can pick it up at your closest delivery point. However, if this is not the case or you refuse the package, we will not refund the charged delivery costs.

How do I need to return a product?

Which payment methods can be used?
We offer customers to pay with iDeal, Paypal, CreditCard, Giropay and Sofort.

Purchases

I just purchased a product, but I want to cancel it. How can I cancel my purchase?
Once the purchase is made, you cannot cancel it anymore. Please contact us via contact@responsibleskincare.com so that we can manually cancel your order. Please provide us with your full name and purchase number so that we can help you as soon as possible.

What if I did not receive an order confirmation?
If you have not received an order confirmation after your payment, please contact us via contact@responsibleskincare.com
